BIGGEST WEDDING EVER IN BOTSWANA

Botswana celebrity to throw a big wedding in Kanye this coming weekend. The former miss universe Mpule Kwelagobe waited 16 years for this moment. Miss universe whose wedding was calculated at P600k as the bride price. She tied knot to an Indian business men of a Hindu religion. The wedding celebration which is estimated to cost over a million pula is open to everyone and it will be held in Kanye.

Mpule Kwelagobe  deserved  such a price after all she achieved a lot in her life but it doesn’t mean she was supposed to ‘sold’ at that price.
 

BOIPUSO BABIES

As Botswana celebrated 49 years of independence on September 30, proud parents across the country received their bundles of joy as the new additions to their families. A total of 54 babies were born at seven hospitals across the country. They comprised of 33 girls and 21 boys. It was an early Christmas present for the parents as their new babies were welcomed into the world on Botswana’s own birthday.
It is a blessing to the ladies who became mothers on the 30^th September when Botswana gets its independence. I would name them ‘BOIPUSO’ to give resemblance of independence celebration when Botswana had a great day and so I as the mother I brought a new life in this  world.
